This is a simpler option since in one go, you get the theme.
How to apply the theme (once the theme is installed)
When you press home key you will have the dialog to complete action
using several options to use, our custom home launcher or your native
launcher, choose iPhone 5 launcher and select use as default for this
action. Now it will work without showing the pop up.
If you wish to
change back to you native home launcher. Go to installed apps, select
Real iOS 7 Launcher and click set it to default
If you don't want to change the entire theme than you can go
only for the locker. Locker allows only the lock patter to look like
